Since 1993 Bagel Buoy has been serving the finest bagels, cream cheese & nova in Sag Harbor and throughout the Hamptons. At Bagel Buoy we use the freshest and highest quality ingredients in all of our menu items. Buoy Bagels are made with 5 simple ingredients. Flour, salt, yeast, light brown sugar and water. After rolling the dough, the bagels are boiled in a giant kettle of water, drained and baked on wooden slabs.
